Comfortable mixed tour, on foot and in an air-conditioned vehicle, in which the most interesting areas of the National Park of great value and restricted access are visited. It has a total duration of 4 hours.
It is divided into two parts, a comfortable 2Km guided walking tour. of tour through the interior of the wetland (“yellow” Bread Island Itinerary). In this part, its fauna, flora and history are presented. We will also learn about the park’s water problems.

A tour on board of the vehicles where we will enter the protection zone, where we will be able to visit wonderful places such as the recovered area of “Las Cañas”, “Los Cerrillos”, “La Quebrada”, etc. In this section we will delve into interesting topics such as hunting, the socioeconomic model, while enjoying the wonderful postcards that the park offers us.
We will move to the north shore of the National Park to visit “La Dehesa de Zacatena” and the new extension of the National Park, declared in January 2014.
At the end of the day, we return to the National Park Visitor Center.

Discover the elaboration of artisan Manchego cheese, obtained from the milk of sheep that graze in the National Park of Las Tablas de Daimiel and the Dehesa de Zacatena.

The farm is located 15 kilometers from Daimiel, an oasis in the La Mancha steppe of high ecological value, which is evident in the quality of its cheeses.
It is known that cheese has been made from the sheep that graze in the Dehesa since time immemorial. The richness of its pastures, which has been reviewed in different publications, is due in an important part to the Magarza, a high quality grass for sheep with more than 800 years of history.
The current owners and managers work on the farm with the intention of producing the best artisan Manchego cheese, but at the same time to ensure the conservation of the environment for the enjoyment of future generations.
The cheese factory produces artisan cheeses: cured, semi-cured and soft cheeses. In addition to cured cheeses in extra virgin olive oil, of the cornicabra variety, a product also produced in the Dehesa.
