The Apartamentos y Casas Rurales Chon Alto Tajo is located in Peralejos de las Truchas, the first town through which the Tagus runs with its “river body”, generating the spectacular cliffs of the Alto Tajo. The spectacular cliffs and ravines that are the hallmark of the Parque Natural Del Alto Tajo.

Both in exterior and interior design they have a great personality without forgetting functionality; In them we have tried to take advantage of and recycle the resources of the area of the “Alto Tajo Natural Park” (wood, stone, wrought iron, …) to achieve a better adaptation to the climate that in every season of the year shows us a great beauty.

We have 6 flats of different capacities and a rural house, all fully equipped and decorated with our own craftsmanship that gives unique personality for an optimal stay.

There is a large communal courtyard with barbecue facilities and a shared lounge.

Commitments to biodiversity conservation and local development

We take special care to maintain the memory and customs that form part of the identity of the area, carrying out traditional tasks that help to maintain and balance the natural environment. Some of the activities we carry out:

Recovery of environments of traditional construction and use, especially fountains.
Management of a small traditional apiary.
Cleaning and use of dead wood as fuel.
Active participation in the Association of crochet municipalities.
Own vegetable garden and chicken coop.
Promoting the consumption of local products.

Also noteworthy is the participation of our hosting in the app we created “exploravia”. It is a tourist guide in digital format, configured with information about an accommodation, a municipality or a region and its surroundings. Here you can find GPS-guided routes, activities and special itineraries, gastronomic, cultural and leisure proposals. It is an additional service for the client and helps to organise the visit to the area.

Rural tourist flats for 2, 4 and 6 people and rural house for 4, the rent is complete, with the possibility of renting for groups. Pets are welcome on request (extra charge)
