The activity begins with a brief talk about the importance of fungi in ecosystems and then we will start the mycological route where we will learn the importance of the unknown fungi kingdom and its relationships with the rest of living beings. We will learn about the different edible and toxic species in our environment and good harvesting, preparation and cooking practices.

We will take home the different edible specimens collected.

Meeting point at the tourist information booth in Peralejos de las Truchas. Duration of the activity from 3 to 3.5 hours.
